Thanks for this, I’ve learned the hard way too.

For girls brought up to believe that they need to fill a position as someone’s wife and that marriage completes them, they hold this belief firmly.

Thankfully, I was also raised as a nonconformist.

I guess they didn’t think I’ll bring non conformism into marriage.


Learning to be whole all by myself and I’ve never felt more fulfilled.
