It’s all in Your Mind
I used to hate socializing.

It didn’t matter if they were family or strangers. It didn’t matter if they were from the church group or school or from a random party. I just had this belief that I didn’t belong. Over time, I’ve come to realize that it was all in my mind.
The main reason why I wasn’t keen on opening up to others was due to my improper belief that I wasn’t likable. Ever heard of the phrase, it’s all in your mind?

So you see, belief precedes action.
If you want to do something, your beliefs about why or not and if you can are important. You need to first believe that you can do it — all it takes is a mindset shift.
It’s why people apply for a job they weren’t qualified for and get it anyway, it’s how people take a chance in relationships, it’s how pioneers build products, it’s how individuals contest for an office and win.
