Growing up, I was also at logger heads with my mom. I didn’t know she could support me or didn’t know how feminist she was until I had some strife in my marriage.

She’s similarly had a good and long marriage.

I can totally relate to you and your Ma’s relationship.

Reading this and having to think about my mom as well brought tears to my eyes.
